Topical botanical cosmetic creams, facial lotions, hydrating balms, and daily personal care skincare formulations. Product pages describe what is included, the quantity and the form. Photos are illustrative; packaging may differ slightly.

An order is placed when you complete checkout. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse an order when stock runs out or the details cannot be verified, and we refund any payment in that case.

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and offer you to confirm or cancel.

Product photos are taken of the goods we ship. Colours on your screen depend on its calibration, the browser and the light in the room; a small difference in shade is not a defect and is not a ground for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are stated on each product page.

The goods are our responsibility until the courier hands them to you or to the person you named at the address you gave. From that moment the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Visible transport damage should be noted with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

You may return goods within 30 days of delivery as described on the Returns page. Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all cosmetic goods are warranted to be of satisfactory quality, fit for standard topical cosmetic application, and true to their listed ingredients and description throughout their specified shelf life when stored as directed.

• Bespoke or custom-blended cosmetic creams prepared to individual customer specifications.
• Botanical cosmetic products with a short post-opening shelf life once initial protective packaging is breached.
• Opened, unsealed, or tested cosmetic containers excluded from return under statutory public health and hygiene rules.
• Cosmetic formulations that have been inseparably mixed with other substances after delivery.
• Unsealed application accessories, spatulas, or personal hygiene tools.

To the extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, total legal liability for any order shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the affected item or £100, whichever amount is smaller. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Products are to be used as described on the label; they are not a substitute for medical advice.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction held by the courts of the United Kingdom. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us, it goes to the competent court of the seller's registered address, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
