What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery when your courier arrives, as well as direct bank transfer before dispatch. We do not process card payments on this website.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are prepared, checked, and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 leave our facility on the following business day.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process.
Are your creams suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our formulations avoid synthetic fragrances, alcohol, and harsh fillers. However, because everyone's skin is unique, we recommend performing a small patch test behind the ear or on the wrist before full use.
