Pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. You get a confirmation email with the order number straight away.

Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily cut-off leave the same business day, packed and handed to an insured courier with a tracking number.

Use and return
Follow the routine on the label. Changed your mind? You can return the item within 30 days under the conditions on the Returns page.

Common questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery when your courier arrives, as well as direct bank transfer before dispatch. We do not process card payments on this website.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are prepared, checked, and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 leave our facility on the following business day.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process.
