Veltamarket provides reliable domestic delivery services across the United Kingdom for our botanical cosmetic creams and skincare formulations. Every order is dispatched from our domestic fulfillment center to preserve formulation consistency and protect product freshness during transit.

Timeframes count business days from dispatch. Remote areas can add 1-2 days.
Order processing
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with the order number as soon as the order is placed.
Cosmetic creams and topical containers are secured within temperature-stable, shock-absorbing cardboard boxes reinforced with recyclable protective infill. Each product container features an intact, tamper-evident safety seal to ensure cosmetic hygiene and purity upon delivery.
Tracking your parcel
An automated tracking link is issued via email and SMS once your consignment is dispatched, providing real-time transit milestones until final doorstep arrival.
Lost or delayed parcel
If the tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the courier and either resend the order or refund it in full, your choice, within 10 business days of the claim.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect the outer parcel and internal seals immediately upon receipt. If courier transit has caused cosmetic container fracture or leakage, submit photographic evidence of the damaged parcel and contents to our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery for a prompt courier claim and replacement dispatch.
Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for card or online-banking details by email or phone.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
We ship to selected countries. Costs and timeframes for each destination are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
